After my 14.3 mile run/hike I decided to wake up the next morning and go for a quick trail at one my favorite spots, Torrey Pines.. I took my time and I jogged most of the time and was blessed my awesome tempertures and awesome scenary. The tide was high and I found my self running in ankle deep water once I reach Bird Rock. The wet shoes didn't stop me and I ended running a couple of trails before I reached my car. I felt great, but as I put on my boots to go to the store, I started to feel a sharp pain in my foot. Now I have felt a lot of different types of pains throughout my trail running history, but this one felt different and has me a little concern. So, I decided to take a break from running until my foot heals and if it dosent get better I might even go to the doctors...
