I have good news and bad news... I have not been able to trail run for over 4 weeks and I've gain some weight and its all because of my foot injury.... My foot is about 89% healed in my opinion and I have been running on the treadmill pretty much every day this last week, but I'm scared to push anything above 2 miles on it. I think it might be another month until I will be able to trail run and the only good news I have,is that my foot is healing and I'vve been lifting weights again... I might try a hike this Saturday morning, lets see how that goes...
