This Sunday, will make it officially 2 weeks since I have ran on the treadmill or dirt trials and let me tell you, it sucks! I don't know how people do it? I miss running up mountains, running on beaches, and hiking... I have been lifting weights and exercising on a stationary bike, but the pain hasn't gone away and now I am even going to cut out the stationary bike... I made the decision to avoid all strenuous activity that involves my foot and just stick to lifting weights... A very sad realization and conclusion, but I need to give my foot some time to heal...
